As a coach you have been called to your professions to help your clients live fulfilling lives, to seek happiness and a deepening connection with the Sacred. Now you have the opportunity to guide their journey to an even deeper level of expanded and empowered perspective.

Using the Enneagram system for self-knowledge you (and your clients) will learn to see your own inner workings clearly. You will work together from a place of expanded potential.
The 16 ½ hours of intensive instruction is based on Dr. Howe-Murphy’s Deep Coaching book.

During the teleconference workshop you will learn:

· Essential characteristics, hidden dynamics, motivations, and an internal story of each of the nine personality structures.
· Case studies and participant experience will provide the basis for coaching practice.
· You will be actively involved in the teleconferences and will have the opportunity to practice your skills.
· You will learn how to awaken the individual to discover what is beyond the patterns of identity that feel like “this is who I am,” to experience expansive presence.
· There will be an introductory session, one session on each personality type, and a synthesis session.
· Course participants will have access to a private online and easy-to-use forum with their peers.
· Teleconferences will be taped and will be made available to participants over the course of the training through the online forum.

Format: This teleconference workshop includes 11 ninety-minute sessions beginning April 3rd, 2008 and lasting through June 26th, 2008.
